Highs and Lows

I had a hole in one the other day. 5th Hole on the Royal Pines Green Course. High five's all around. The very next time I played the course , I hit it straight into the water, recorded a 6, and fail to score 
Golf! Why do we have this love hate relationship with this sport?
Why do we keep coming back?
It's time consuming, we rarely get much better, but we front up every time.
By the way, playing tomorrow, weather looks great and I can't wait. There must be something wrong with me.
