Golf Vouchers

Getaway Golf Australia will make reasonable and appropriate arrangements to rectify a problem where we have made a mistake in processing a voucher; for example, the Voucher we issued is for goods or services of an entirely different nature to those advertised (e.g. a golf lesson instead of a round of golf).

Gift card Refunds

Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift Cards cannot be refunded or returned, unless required by law. The Gift Card can be redeemed in whole or for part of a payment. Unredeemed values will remain on the Gift Card until card expiry or until redeemed, whichever occurs first. Any remaining balance will be cancelled on expiry of the validity period. The Gift Card should be treated like cash.
