Tanunda Pines Golf Club is located adjacent to the Novotel Barossa Valley Resort in the heart of the Barossa Valley, just one hours drive from Adelaide. The course itself has surprisingly sandy loam as a base. This makes for excellent, tightly packed fairways and fast greens

Course Overview

Since 1939, Tanunda Pines has been located on its current site at Pioneer Avenue, Rowland Flat. The current greenkeepers lunchroom, adjacent to the fifth tee block was the original clubhouse. This clubhouse witnessed the generous contribution and support of the members through difficult times. These members saw the club grow from a 9-hole course to the current 18-hole championship course.
