Cypress Lakes Golf & Country Club, situated in the heart of New South Wales' Hunter Valley wine region, is a premier 18-hole championship course designed by American architect Steve Smyers and opened in 1992. Spanning 6,487 metres from the back tees, the par-72 layout is renowned for its dramatic elevation changes, 60 strategically placed bunkers, and generous bentgrass greens, offering a challenging yet rewarding experience for golfers of all skill levels.

The course provides stunning panoramic views of the surrounding vineyards and the Brokenback mountain range, enhancing the overall golfing experience. The front nine meanders through rolling hills and open fairways, while the back nine transitions into a more traditional parkland setting with tree-lined holes and undulating terrain
