Located in Nicholls, only about 15 minutes from Canberra’s city centre, Gungahlin Lakes Golf Club is a public 18‑hole, par‑72 championship course known for its water features and strategic design.

Opened in 1996 and co‑designed by Ted Parslow and Jamie Dawson, The Lakes winds through lakes, creeks and native parkland, offering both scenic beauty and technical challenge.  Water hazards come into play off tees and on approach shots — especially on the back nine — adding a compelling risk/reward element to many holes.
