Depart from your home airport this afternoon via Sydney and arrive in Honolulu at 9.30am. After clearing customs and immigration enjoy a warm ‘Aloha’ welcome to Hawaii and transfer to your First Class hotel. Day at leisure.
Saturday 23th May
This morning check out and transfer to the Ko Olina Golf Club for a practice game this morning. With stunning views of the Oahu coast this is one of Hawaii’s premier golf courses and a worthy warm-up for the golf to come. After golf transfer to the Pride of America for your 7-night cruise departing from Honolulu at 8.00pm.
Sunday 24th May
7.00am Arrive Maui
Round 1. Makena North Resort Course
Designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr., the Makena North Course opened in 1993 to rave reviews. The North Course feels more like a nature walk than a golf course, with captivating mountain views of Haleakala Crater and sweeping views of the blue Pacific Ocean.
Monday 25th May
Round 2. Wailea Gold Course
Throughout the course are stark lava rock outcroppings, indigenous Hawaiian grasses, an abundance of kiawe (a relative of mesquite), and remnants of papohaku, prehistoric lava rock walls built by early Hawaiians and preserved for their historic value. The Gold's 200 foot elevation change from top to bottom enhances the numerous ocean and mountain vistas available from virtually every hole.
Depart Maui this afternoon.
Tuesday 26th May
8.00am Arrive Hilo on the Big island of Hawaii. This is the Big Island’s most tropical town, nestled between Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa. You could see the spectacular Akaka Falls and visit the Volcano National Park. You’ll need to be back on board by 5.00pm as the ship departs Hilo at 6.00pm.
Wednesday 29th May
7.00am Arrive Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii
Round 3. Mauna Lani North Course Golf Club
Built on a lava bed much older than the Kaniku flow, it is characterized by rolling terrain punctuated by Kiawe (mesquite) forests. Trees often come into play on this course. No. 17, a par three tucked into a natural lava amphitheater, is the resort’s second signature hole and a favorite “I was here” photo spot.

Thursday 28th May
8.00am Arrive Kauai
Round 4. Poipu Bay Golf Course
Poipu Bay is backed by lush emerald mountains and sculpted from a rolling plateau eight stories above the expansive blue waters of the Pacific Ocean. Even the most focused golfer will be challenged by breathtaking views from each and every hole. Nestled amongst the the gentle contours of Poipu Bay you’ll discover the remains of Hawaiian Heiau (places of worship) and ancient stone walls. If this weren’t challenge enough, the nature of Poipu Bay presents you with one distraction after another …from native Nene geese and rare Hawaiian monk seals to green sea turtles and humpback whales. You’ll have lots of excuses to back your scorecard – Then of course, there’s the view!
Final presentations will be made this evening.
Friday 29th May
There may be time for some sightseeing or maybe even an early game of golf before departure.
Depart from Kauai today for the cruise back to Hololulu.
Saturday 30th May
7.00am Arrive Honolulu
Disembark this morning and transfer to your First Class Waikiki hotel for one more night on the island of Oahu.
The rest of the day is at leisure in Honolulu.
Sunday 31st May
Transfer to the airport this morning in time to check in for your flight home from Honolulu departing at 10.50am.
If you prefer, you can extend your stay in Honolulu. Flights and extra accommodation can be arranged to suit your itinerary.
Monday 1st June
Cross the International Date Line during the flight and arrive back in Australia this evening.

BOOKING ARRANGEMENTS
The person effecting a booking shall be deemed to have accepted the Booking Conditions on behalf of all persons named in the booking. The contract will be governed by the booking conditions. No variation to the Booking Conditions shall be of any effect unless made in writing. All monies received by us will be deposited on your behalf into a trust account maintained in our name in our bank. It is a condition of our confirmation of your booking and acceptance of your deposit in respect of this tour that all monies paid by you to us, whether by way of deposit or otherwise in respect of this tour may be disbursed by us when we see fit in respect of the services to be provided or fees payable under the tour program: and the payment of a deposit or otherwise for your tour shall be deemed to be a direction to disburse such monies aforesaid.
CHANGES IN PRICES OR ITINERARY
Prices are based on tariffs and airfares current as at 1st March 2008. If we are forced to change your booking or part of it for reasons beyond our control, for instance if an airline changes its timetable, we will give you notice thereof, including any change in price. In the event that any change to your itinerary demonstrates that your tour has become materially different from the original you have the right to ask for a rearrangement or to withdraw from the tour and monies already paid will be refunded less any charges levied by suppliers. If in the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking because of insufficient numbers booked or because of events outside our control we will, if able, offer alternative arrangements. If you do not accept the alternative we will refund in full any monies paid.
AIRFARES
International group airfares have been arranged to coincide with the tour. The return flight may be changed to allow you to extend your stay in Hawaii.

DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENTS
A non-refundable deposit of $1000.00 is payable on confirmation. Final payments are to reach Golf & Leisure Travel no later than 22nd March 2009. If for any reason we do not receive your balance payment by the due date, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled and to apply the appropriate cancellation charges.
CANCELLATION
Should you cancel your booking the following cancellation charges will apply.
More than 60 days prior to departure…..Loss of deposits.
Inside 60 days…………………………..Up to 100%
No refund is available for cancellations on or after the date of departure or in respect of any accommodation, meals or any other services not utilised.
RESPONSIBILITY
Golf & Leisure Travel cannot accept liability for any act or omission whatsoever, whether negligent or otherwise, of those Airlines, Hotels, Operators or Persons providing services in connection with this tour, over whom we have no direct and exclusive control. We do not accept responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, delay, change of schedule or any other events, which are beyond our control.
