Round 1. The Leadbetter Course- Dongguan Golf Course
Tee times 9.04am and onwards

David Leadbetter decided to design his first golf course in the world right here at Mission Hills. The course reflects David Leadbetter's teaching concepts. In order to play his course well, golfers will need to use every single club in their bags - a true test of skill. The Leadbetter Course requires precise approach shots to large undulating greens in order to play to a par. Meticulously manicured landscapes and ground covers create an aesthetic quality that golfers are sure to remember. Large, traditional, sand flashed bunkers frame the well-contoured fairways throughout the course. Tees are strategically located on each hole to assure the golfing experience will be both enjoyable, yet challenging for golfers of all levels.

Annika Course—Dongguan Golf Course
Tee times 10.40am and onwards.

Annika's first designer course in the world, this course showcases her best asset: precision. Playing on Annika Course requires extreme accuracy on the golfer's part. It has spectacular views of the natural terrain and mountains which rise more than 100 meters above the golf course. Well-manicured landscaping dominates the perimeters of both tee and green, creating an aesthetically appealing "botanical" type atmosphere. The 465-yard 18th hole, located next to a large natural lake, provides a classic signature-finishing hole.

Els Course - Shenzhen Golf Course
Tee times 11.36am and onwards

As the 5th signature course of Mission Hills, the theme of the Els Course is to create a lush look of dense trees, wide swaths of manicured turf to evoke a unique flavour of his South Africa homeland. Measuring over 7,000 yards, it follows a unique core layout, as opposed to corridors. Invigorating is the 4th tee, sitting atop the highest point of the course, with commanding panoramic views of Mission Hills and the outlying properties.

 Norman - Dongguan Golf Course
Tee times 10.32am and onwards

The 7,214-yard Norman Course reflects the perfect combination of golf course style and nature. The front 9 holes meander through mountain ridges and the hillside, while the back 9 holes are set in a valley. The narrow fairways, surrounded by long grass and dense forest vegetation contribute to the course's difficulty index of over 140, which is one of the highest in Asia. Accurate golfing strategy is key to conquering this 'Tournament Course".

Ozaki Course – Shenzhen Golf Course
Tee times 11.04am and onwards

The Ozaki Course takes advantage of dramatic terrain by playing largely through single corridor valleys offering elevated tees and fairways surrounded by native slopes. Large areas of turf and wide fairways, punctuated by strategic bunkering, contrast with tall slopes of native plants and trees. The course ends with the tee shot on 18th lined up at the impressive hotel/clubhouse framed between two mountain peaks. The Par 5 ends at a double green (shared with #9) set above a lake and in front of a backdrop of a towering exposed rock face carved out of the hillside. A dramatic finish to a dramatic course!

Saturday 24th May
Enjoy the morning at leisure before taking an afternoon transfer back to Hong Kong International Airport for flights home.
Individual arrangements will be made for those who would like to extend their stay in China or Hong Kong.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

BOOKING ARRANGEMENTS
The person effecting a booking shall be deemed to have accepted the Booking Conditions on behalf of all persons named in the booking. The contract will be governed by the booking conditions. No variation to the Booking Conditions shall be of any effect unless made in writing. All monies received by us will be deposited on your behalf into a trust account maintained in our name in our bank. It is a condition of our confirmation of your booking and acceptance of your deposit in respect of this tour that all monies paid by you to us, whether by way of deposit or otherwise in respect of this tour may be disbursed by us when we see fit in respect of the services to be provided or fees payable under the tour program: and the payment of a deposit or otherwise for your tour shall be deemed to be a direction to disburse such monies aforesaid.

CHANGES IN PRICES OR ITINERARY
Prices are based on tariffs and Current as of September 2009 If we are forced to change your booking or part of it for reasons beyond our control, for instance if an airline changes its timetable, we will give you notice thereof, including any change in price. In the event that any change to your itinerary demonstrates that your tour has become materially different from the original you have the right to ask for a rearrangement or to withdraw from the tour and monies already paid will be refunded less any charges levied by suppliers. If in the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking because of insufficient numbers booked or because of events outside our control we will, if able, offer alternative arrangements. If you do not accept the alternative we will refund in full any monies paid.

AIRFARES
International airfares can been arranged to coincide with the tour. The inbound or return flight may be changed to allow you to extend your stay in China or Hong Kong.

TOUR COSTS
This tour is priced in Australian dollars, however may be subject to change with any changes in exchange rates.  Rate is based on AUD $1 = HK $6.3
Greater change than 5% to this we observe the right to adjust tour costs.

DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENTS
A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is payable on confirmation. Final payments are to reach Getaway Golf
 no later than 31st  January 2009 If for any reason we do not receive your balance payment by the due date, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled and to apply the appropriate cancellation charges. .

CANCELLATION
Should you cancel your booking the following cancellation charges will apply.
More than 60 days prior to departure…..Loss of deposits.
Inside 60 days…………………………..Up to 100%
Some local operators apply individual cancellation charges that will affect the total amount of cancellation fees charged. No refund is available for cancellations on or after the date of departure or in respect of any accommodation, meals or any other services not utilised.

RESPONSIBILITY
Getaway Golf  cannot accept liability for any act or omission whatsoever, whether negligent or otherwise, of those Airlines, Hotels, Operators or Persons providing services in connection with this tour, over whom we have no direct and exclusive control. We do not accept responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, delay, change of schedule or any other events, which are beyond our control.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that, at the time of booking, you take out a comprehensive Insurance Policy of your choice. It is a condition of this tour that you are adequately covered by the final payment deadline. The  Insurance Policy will give you excellent coverage (including your golf clubs up to $2000.00) and as part of the group you are entitled to a 10% discount off your selected policy.
